1. if you are interested in an item, do fill up the ORDER FORM, or email at jolieflower@gmail.com, & we will get back to you as soon as possible.

2. email us your real name, contact number, home address, name of item(s), total payment($), & preferred method of payment.

3. we accept (1)DBS/POSB bank atm transfers & (2)meet-ups are to be requested, and to our convenience.

4. postage fees: normal postage is free, however, registered mail (additional SGD$3).
- for purchases above $50, registered mail will be free. :)

5. do note that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage of items through the normal postage.
- items will be bubbled-packed securely to prevent this.

6. products are non-refundable.

7. upon confirmation of your order, if we do not receive the payment within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.
- note that we will only send out the items after we receive the payment, and extension of payment will be placed under consideration depending on case-by-case.

8. items are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis, but remaking of items that are sold out might be possible. do drop us an email to check for their availability! :)

9. upon receiving your product, remember to take great care of them! remember to keep them sealed in air-tight containers/bags when not in use.

10. if you are a satisfied customer & are happy with our product, why not drop us a note/testimonial through email? we will appreciate hearing from happy customers, & being able to make our customers happy will be a huge motivation for us. :)
